Project Manager

Project Manager LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction or CapEx projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of projects from planning through project completion and closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery Coordinate and lead project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and field personnel Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues impacting scope, cost, quality, or timelines Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and applicable building codes Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership Review and approve project documentation, contracts, change orders, invoices, and procurement activities Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, cost tracking, and budget management Foster strong client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with estimating, operations, and executive leadership teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications: 5+ years of experience managing construction projects within commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, education, or related environments Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Business, or a related field preferred Proven experience managing construction budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and multiple project stakeholders Strong understanding of construction methods, contract administration, project controls, and risk management Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and construction compliance requirements PMP, CCM, LEED, or other industry certifications are a plus Salary: $100,000+ based on experience Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. #J-18808-Ljbffr
