Sr. Project Manager - Operations (Project Planning, Risk & Change Mgmt.)

Senior Project Manager for Integrated DNA Technologies (Danaher) overseeing strategic operations projects across multiple sites. Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering cross-functional initiatives aligned with enterprise standards, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while managing risks and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage global operations projects across multiple functions and drive process improvements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, risks, and resources
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and issue resolution
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating through governance channels as needed
• Provide clear, timely status reporting on milestones, risks, and overall project delivery health

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, operations, business, engineering, or related field
• Project management and Danaher Business System (DBS) certification
• Minimum five years of project management experience in professional role
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and operational change initiatives
• Ability to influence, motivate, and drive collaboration across team members
• Strong written, verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills

Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 base plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
