CPG Supply Chain Coordinator

LOCATIONRemote role Travel to the Row 7 offices, co-packer facilities, supplier locations, and warehouse sites as business needs require (20%)REPORTS TOCPG Supply Chain DirectorKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ingredient Sourcing & ProcurementCoordinate sourcing of ingredients for CPG production across all product lines; manage supplier relationships, pricing negotiations, and specificationsMonitor ingredient inventory levels, proactively identify supply risks, and coordinate reorders aligned to production schedule Track work-in-progress ingredient production and analyze yield actuals against planPartner with produce supply chain team to integrate dedicated CPG production needs with crop plansReconcile Row 7 inventory with partner-reported inventory monthlyData Management & ReportingMaintain ERP system with accurate data across order management, production records, and physical inventoryProvide supply chain inputs to support month-end closeBuild and maintain internal tools and trackers to support operational scalingTrack cross-functional deliverables and ensure teams receive the info they need to stay on scheduleTrack raw material and packaging inventory and reconcile R7 inventory with partner-reported inventory monthlyManage invoicing and payment processing in coordination with the finance teamCo-Packer & Production CoordinationServe as the day-to-day operational contact for co-packers; communicate production schedules and ingredient deliveries, and troubleshoot issues as they ariseCoordinate sample shipments and product transfersTrack and document co-packer performance metricsSUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVEExperience in supply chain operations, along with food manufacturing or CPG operationsProficiency in ERP systems and MS Office/G-Suite, particularly ExcelStrong organizational skills and attention to detailClear, proactive communicator comfortable managing multiple stakeholdersFamiliarity with co-packer operations and production processesBackground in agricultural or seasonal product supply chainsComfort building process and structure in a growing organizationBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field or equivalent experienceDETAILSCPG Supply Chain Coordinator position is a full-time, exempt role and reports to Row 7s CPG Supply Chain DirectorThis position follows a remote or distributed work model within the United StatesTravel within the United States (20%).The target pay range for this role is from $82,000 - $90,000 per yearBenefits include:Generous Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Volunteer Time Off, and Floating Holiday ProgramsUp to 77% funded Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHealth Flexible Spending Account (FSA)401(k) eligible after three months of employmentFlexible Educational Reimbursement ProgramEmployee Discount on Row 7 Seed ProductsRow 7 is committed to centering equity and justice in our work and community.
