Materials Supervisor

Warehouse ManagerParticipate in the QRMP yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.Lead the implementation of the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list in order to achieve targeted RCR.Assist in the overall efficiency of the operation of the plant by monitoring inventories.Assist in the efficient scheduling of personnel.Reconcile inventory going to and from production on a daily basis.Inspect inbound carriers to minimize loss of damages.Monitor operations to ensure inventory is properly handled in loading and unloading.Conduct monthly physical inventories.Investigate and approve all invoices for warehouse and production supplies.Optimize the warehouse footprint.Assist with the department budget.Provide leadership to the Warehouse staff including but not limited to performance management, employee development, and training, etc.Partner with business leaders on implementation of process improvement through our Kraft Heinz Management Systems (KHMS), including leading change initiatives, planning, and facilitation.Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in business management or a Management related field preferredMinimum of 5 years working experience in warehouse and shipping functions in a manufacturing environment, managing union team members over three shiftsKnowledge of GMP and safe work practicesMRP experience preferredSAP experience is preferredProficient knowledge in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookCertified Train the Trainer for forkliftSKILLS/COMPETENCIES:Supervisory leadership in materials warehouse environmentDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed deadlinesDemonstrated ability to delegate and follow throughExcellent problem-solving skillsProficient MRP competencyInventory control disciplineOur Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz' strategy and values.New Hire Base Salary Range: $68,900.00 - $86,100.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factorsBenefits: Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your family's needs.
