Position Responsibilities

The Operations Support Coordinator will provide operational support for both the Kansas City and St. Louis markets by:

• Assisting with daily dispatch operations and load coverage
• Supporting driver communication and issue resolution
• Monitoring Hours of Service, ELD compliance, and safety documentation
• Coordinating accident paperwork and required compliance follow-up
• Assisting with driver onboarding and ongoing training documentation
• Maintaining operational reports and administrative records
• Providing customer communication and service support as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in transportation, chemicals, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Candidates with a valid driver's license highly preferred.
