Job Description
Ginsberg Jacobs LLC seeks an attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our Corporate/Tax group in Chicago. Candidates will advise clients on the structure and support of pass-through partnerships, joint ventures and operating agreements. This role will also advise clients on tax strategy and draft tax opinions.

Requirements:
\n- \n
- 5+ years of experience advising clients on the structure and support of pass-through partnerships, joint ventures, operating agreements, and tax strategy (including preparing tax opinions) \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n
- A self-starter with strong organizational skills \n
- Detail-oriented \n
- Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois and in good standing \n
- CPA license is desirable \n
- Ability to multi-task; adaptability \n
