International Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities & Duties: -

? Research, track, and update potential business leads regularly.

? Conduct cold outreach calls to identify and nurture new business opportunities.

? Qualify leads by contacting potential clients and assessing their business needs. ? Execute direct email marketing campaigns to engage key clients and prospects.

? Maintain and update a lead generation database with accurate and current information.

? Perform customer research and conduct surveys to gather valuable insights for lead qualification.

? Collaborate with the team to prepare proposals and sales presentations for prospects.

? Provide timely and accurate updates to management regarding lead status and opportunities.

? Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to enhance the sales process.

? Monitor market trends and competitors to adapt strategies accordingly.

Skills & Attributes: -

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

? Strong experience in cold calling and generating new business leads.

? Ability to conduct market and customer research, maintaining databases effectively.

? Experience in selling financial services, particularly in the AU, US, and UK markets.

? Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

? Experience using CRM software to manage and track leads and communications.

? Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

? Previous experience working with Western companies (preferred)

Qualifications & Experience: -

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

? 1-2 years of experience in International Lead Generation and Sales.

? Prior experience in selling financial services in the Australian/New Zealand (AUNZ) markets is preferred
