As International Business Development Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in expanding our international market activities. You will identify new customers, develop new industries, and further cultivate existing business relationships. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and service teams and, with your understanding of markets and people, make a significant contribution to the further development of our company. New customer development and market expansion Identification and approach of potential new customers in various industries Active acquisition and development of new business relationships in the international market Building and maintaining an international network of customers, partners and industry contacts Customer support and development Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships Identifying new projects and business opportunities with existing customers Close coordination with sales and service to ensure optimal customer support. Market and industry analysis Analysis of market trends, competitors and new fields of application Identifying new industries and business opportunities for our technologies Network building and representation Participation in international trade fairs, events and industry meetings Representation of the company to customers and business partners Building long-term relationships with decision-makers and multipliers in the industry Your profile Interest in international sales and business development Basic technical understanding, ideally in the field of plant engineering or industrial goods. Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
