To support a growing team, the full-time NMLS Licensed Outside Loan Originator will source mortgage leads, build relationships with real estate agents, and process mortgage applications while working remotely. Key responsibilities Source mortgage leads and develop referral networks to locate loan prospects Analyze applicants' financial status and explain various loan options to customers Generate complete loan applications and maintain communication with real estate agents Required qualifications NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 Experience with retail product philosophy, policy, and underwriting procedures Proven track record of proactively soliciting new business Knowledge of mortgage products and programs Experience with Encompass preferred
