Business Systems AnalystThe Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing the SAP S/4HANA system by translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. This role includes providing ongoing production support to ensure system stability, resolve issues, and maintain uninterrupted business operations. The analyst is actively involved across the full project lifecycle—gathering requirements, contributing to solution design, performing hands-on configuration, and supporting testing, implementation, and post-go-live activities. This position is based in Overland Park, KS; however, it supports projects that require consistent, project-based travel. Candidates should be comfortable with regular regional travel as an essential component of the role.Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical developers, the Business Systems Analyst ensures solutions meet user needs and align with operational goals, particularly in supply chain and warehouse functions.
