Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,999 per week to $2,080 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Start date: September 14, 2026 Work setting: long-term care nursing home Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents’ speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing as appropriate Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs Provide direct speech-language pathology therapy to residents, including therapy aimed at communication, swallowing safety, and feeding skills Document evaluation findings, treatment goals, progress notes, and discharge planning in the resident’s medical record in compliance with relevant regulations Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team (nursing, rehabilitation therapy, dietary/nutrition, social work) to coordinate resident care Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and participate in care conferences to support resident outcomes Requirements North Dakota licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain licensure Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Ability to work with geriatric populations in a long-term care setting Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with diverse care teams Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and day shift schedule Benefits and Support Dedicated recruiter and travel support Credentialing and compliance assistance Support for scheduling and ongoing assignment needsAccessibility to resources for problem resolution during the assignment Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
