Summary of Job Function: The Senior Business Analyst supports Revenue Cycle and Finance leadership by driving advanced analytical initiatives and developing enterprise level reporting solutions. In addition to tracking, analyzing and developing reports, this role leads the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting pipelines. The Senior Analyst works with large datasets to uncover key business trends, operational issues, and performance opportunities. The role partners with business leaders to define analytical needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver data driven insights that support strategic decision making across the organization.
