Project Manager (Mid-Senior) - Data & Business Transformation

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a high-visibility data and business transformation initiative. This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure to evolving workstreams, drive coordination across teams, and take ownership of execution , while continuing to grow into a more senior leadership role. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to turn ideas into clear plans, actionable tasks, and well-documented deliverables . This is a hands‑on role for someone who can both think and execute, not just track work, but help move it forward. Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Ownership Build and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables Translate loosely defined ideas into structured tasks and workflows Take ownership of assigned workstreams and drive them to completion Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early Requirements & Documentation Support and lead requirements gathering across teams Document and maintain: Requirements Decisions Risks and dependencies Ensure work is clearly tracked and traceable Stakeholder Coordination & Accountability Coordinate across technical teams, business units, and leadership Follow up on deliverables and ensure progress is maintained Facilitate meetings that result in clear actions and ownership Escalate blockers when needed Communication & Reporting Prepare structured project updates and summaries Support development of executive presentations and materials Translate technical work into clear, business‑friendly communication Process & Structure Help introduce and maintain structured workflows and tracking methods Improve how work is documented and communicated Contribute to building repeatable project processes Systemization & Continuity Ensure project work is documented and not dependent on individuals Support creation of reusable templates, workflows, and tracking systems Help build a project structure that allows others to step in if needed Tools & Systems Experience with: Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Nice to have: Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Power Apps, Power Automate, or workflow tools Exposure to enterprise systems (SAP) or engineering/data platforms (AVEVA) Required Qualifications 3–5 years of project management or project coordination experience Experience working in cross‑functional or technical environments Ability to bring structure to partially defined work Strong experience in: Task tracking and execution Documentation and organization Stakeholder coordination Strong communication and follow‑through Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience in data, analytics, or system implementation projects Experience in utilities, infrastructure, or operations‑heavy environments Exposure to project reporting or forecasting Ideal Candidate Profile Structured and execution‑focused Comfortable working in some ambiguity, but seeks clarity Takes ownership rather than waiting for direction Strong follow‑through and accountability Able to balance detail with forward progress Interested in growing into a senior project leadership role What This Role Is Not Not a passive coordinator role Not purely administrative Not a technical engineering role Success Metrics (First 90 Days) 30 Days Understand project structure, stakeholders, and tools Begin contributing to documentation and coordination 60 Days Independently manage tasks and follow‑ups across workstreams Improve organization, tracking, and communication 90 Days Own portions of the project with minimal oversight Deliver clear, structured outputs and updates Contribute to a more organized and repeatable project structure #J-18808-Ljbffr
