Compensation Breakdown
- Training Period: $8/hour (6 weeks)
- Post-Training: $10–$12/hour + commissions, bonuses & other incentives

Responsibilities:Customer Service / Teamwork / Community Impact / Career Growth
- Foster a fun, friendly, and welcoming work environment by keeping the facility clean, neat, and well-organized
- Be part of transforming how people experience laundry
- Build strong relationships within the community by delivering exceptional customer service
- Greet, assist, and thank every customer with genuine care
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, product or service questions, and any issues that arise
- Maintain an appealing and well-presented merchandise display
- Educate customers on our services, products, and promotions—highlighting the value we provide
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to the uniform and dress code standards
- Prioritize safety for both customers and team members
- Report maintenance needs for equipment, machines, and facilities in a timely manner
- Participate in community engagement efforts , including local nonprofit and school partnerships
- Play an essential role in our company’s growth —we encourage you to share ideas, take initiative, and bring creativity to help achieve success across our locations
