Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and their loved ones on therapeutic techniques to encourage continuous improvement at home.
• Track and Adjust Treatment Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt therapies as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the path to recovery.

Required Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• An active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
