We're on the lookout for a full-time, licensed OTR/L to join our engaged and innovative therapy team that is dedicated to excellence, collaboration, and making a genuine impact. Craft Customized Therapy Plans: Understand patients' aspirations and formulate tailored therapy programs to support their functional achievements

Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver well-rounded, comprehensive care

Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and their caregivers about therapy approaches to support their progress at home

Document clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients stay aligned with their goals

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required

A love for helping others achieve their greatest level of independence

Creative problem-solving abilities to adapt approaches for diverse patient needs
