Work Environment

The work setting is primarily onsite in a variety of orthopedic outpatient clinics, reflecting a multifaceted approach to rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, high-quality patient care with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation at designated clinic locations.
• Efficiently use different EMRs, incorporating variations in workflows and adapting to distinct team dynamics.
• Provide coverage for physical therapists who are on vacation, leave, or during periods of high patient volume, ensuring seamless patient experiences.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with referring physicians, clinic directors, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in system-wide meetings, educational workshops, and continuing education sessions to enhance your professional knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program is required.
• Current physical therapy licensure or eligibility for licensure in Nevada.

• Willingness and ability to travel between clinics within the designated service area.
• Commitment to providing evidence-based, high-quality care that aligns with current industry standards.

• Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) certification or similar specialty certifications are advantageous.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic or rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

True North Medical Institute offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide mileage and travel reimbursement to support your commuting needs. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
