Work Environment

This full-time position is conducted onsite in our outpatient office, designed to deliver personalized therapeutic interventions in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your typical schedule will consist of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. At our organization, you will be surrounded by a team of dedicated professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers, all focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, assessing their physical abilities, range of motion, and functional limitations to develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Create individualized treatment strategies aimed at enhancing mobility and strength, while effectively managing and alleviating pain.

• Administer various therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education.

• Utilize modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and cryotherapy based on patient needs and treatment goals.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively design and refine treatment protocols that optimize patient recovery.

• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise plans, and lifestyle modifications, empowering them to take charge of their health.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and other clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We primarily serve a diverse range of individuals dealing with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative patients recovering from joint replacements and traumatic injuries, as well as those managing chronic pain syndromes. As a Physical Therapist with us, you will work closely with patients of varying ages, providing tailored therapeutic interventions designed to meet each client's specific rehabilitation needs.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, although new graduates with relevant clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.

• Strong skills in therapeutic techniques, especially manual therapy and functional movement assessments.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities.

• Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to shared goals.

Preferred Experience

Preferred candidates will have experience working with a variety of orthopedic conditions and a history of successful collaboration within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based incentives.
