Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to devise tailored treatment plans that restore strength and mobility.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities that are specific to each patient's needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications that promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's or Doctorate is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
