Lawson Support Analyst

At Stony Brook Medicine the Lawson Support Analyst will write, edit, and maintain Lawson Crystal reports for all departments in the hospital. Assists in EDI (Electronic data Interchange) daily tasks, assist in spreadsheet uploads of new items, edit any information in Lawson, and assist with help desk calls. Duties of the Lawson Support Analyst may include the following but are not limited to: Writes, edits, and maintains Lawson Crystal Reports. Manages EDI daily procedures such as adding new accounts to the system, monitoring transactions, maintaining files and resolving any related EDI operational issues. Works with vendors for setup and or changes. Handles Lawson spreadsheet uploads for new items or edits to the various files. Adds and edits item file information in Lawson. Assist with Lawson Helpdesk phone calls. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree or higher. 5 to 10 years of experience Writing Crystal Reports. 10 years of experience working with Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer-related discipline. Knowledge of EDI. 5 years Microsoft Access experience. 5 to 10 years of experience Writing Crystal Reports in Lawson.
