IT Specialist II Full Time Medford, NY, US Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $55,000.00 Hourly RiseWell Community Services is seeking a full time IT Specialist II to join the Information Technology team in Medford, NY. In this role, the IT Specialist II will serve as technical support lead and provides advanced technical support for systems, infrastructure, and end-user environments. Serves as escalation point for complex issues and supports IT operational function. This position is based in Medford, NY. However, the IT Specialist II will be required to travel, as needed, to other RiseWell sites located throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County, and the five boroughs of New York City to provide IT support. QUALIFICATIONS: 4+ years of progressive IT experience providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and systems issues, and supporting end-user technology environments. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Resolve escalated IT incidents involving system performance, network issues, and software or hardware conflicts. Assist with server, infrastructure, and application support, including maintenance and patching. Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and assist with compliance, security activities, and auditing. Serve as escalation point and provide technical guidance to IT Specialist I staff. Ensure system access requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Enforce IT policies and perform routine device audits for compliance and quality assurance. Support configuration management and maintain system documentation. Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and implementation initiatives. Develop and maintain technical procedures and workflows. Provide back-up support for critical technology systems as needed. Perform all other job duties as assigned.
