Growth Director

Graphite is a technology-enabled growth agency that helps fast-growing companies like Masterclass, Notion, and BetterUp unlock sustainable revenue through content, SEO, and AEO. Location & work model: This role is based in our San Francisco office in the Mission District. We expect you to work from the office a few days a week (typically 2 to 3) What you'll do: Lead growth strategies for consumer tech companies. Own execution of web and app SEO/AEO projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve targets. Present insights and outcomes to executives. Develop data-driven, scalable content solutions. What expertise you'll need: 6+ years of technical and programmatic SEO experience, or 6+ years of Digital Marketing experience with a keen interest in SEO. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient in data analysis and growth marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs). Experience with user acquisition and product development for web and mobile platforms.
