Rate $90-110k Interviewer Jason Lynn (VP Finance & Controller) and Will Barrette (CFO) Interview First Round virtually with Jason Lynn (30 minutes) Second Round virtually with Jason Lynn and Will Barrette (30 minutes) Must Haves Bachelor's Degree 3–5+ years of healthcare finance experience Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Power BI experience required Experience with Cerner, Service Line Reports, Health Analytics, PowerCosting, and PowerLabor preferred Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage reporting tools to quickly provide answers and recommendations Exposure to AI tools PlusesMBA, MHA, CPA
Day to Day responsibilities Lead and support the annual budgeting process, including gathering inputs, building projections, and analyzing budget performance. Perform financial analysis and decision support for finance and operational leadership. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision making. Analyze revenue, expenses, labor, and operational performance trends across the health system. Partner with finance leadership to prepare and present financial reports and recommendations. Utilize tools such as Power BI, Cerner, Service Line Reporting, PowerCosting, and PowerLabor to provide actionable insights. Support forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial initiatives. Collaborate with operational leaders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. This person will report into the VP of Finance and will be heavily involved in financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and operational decision support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare finance, with experience analyzing data, building reports, supporting budget processes, and using financial/decision-support tools to help leadership get to answers faster.
