Job Title: Part-Time Laundry Assistant (Bilingual Preferred)
Location: Midlothian, VA
About Us: We are a busy and customer-focused laundry service, known for providing high-quality care and excellent service. We value teamwork, dependability, and attention to detail. We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Laundry Assistant to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate washers, dryers, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package laundry items according to company standards.
- Assist customers with drop-off and pick-up services as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (preferred): Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous laundry or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Possess a valid Virginia Driver's license.
