Talent Acquisition Manager
$45 - $55 per hourLHH
We are seeking a driven and experienced Contract Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and recruiting within engineering environments. This is an urgent need for a hands‑on recruiter who can quickly support hiring demands in a fast‑paced, operational setting. Experience supporting roles within port, logistics, transportation, or industrial environments is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage full‑cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles Proactively source and pipeline qualified candidates using various tools and platforms Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes efficiently Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation within the ATS Provide market insights and recommendations to support hiring strategy Qualifications: 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on engineering or technical roles Strong sourcing capabilities; must be comfortable building pipelines from scratch Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments Work closely with Hiring Managers Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work onsite in Elizabeth, NJ Range: $45/hr- $55/Hr Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
