We’re looking for a professional who takes ownership of the transaction,pays attention to the details, follows a proven process, and understands that agreat deal isn’t finished until it’s sold correctly, contracted correctly,compliant, and funded. If you prefer clear expectations, measurable performance, an organizedprocess, and the autonomy to execute — we should talk. Annual compensation potential: $180,000–$300,000, based on performance. This is a high-accountability, high-opportunity position for anexperienced automotive Finance Manager. We aren’t looking for someone who simply gets customers throughpaperwork. We want someone who can produce. That means confidently presenting finance and protection options,explaining value, overcoming objections, maximizing legitimate opportunitieswithin every transaction, and delivering strong F&I performance. But production is only half the job. The other half is making sure the deal is right. You naturally take ownership of yourwork. You know where your deals standwithout having to be asked. You notice details other people miss. You like clear expectations andmeasurable results. You work well independently and don’trequire constant supervision. You prefer an organized, repeatableprocess over unnecessary chaos. You believe paperwork should becorrect the first time. You are comfortable making decisionsand solving problems. You understand the importance of bothprofitability and compliance. You know your performance numbers anduse them to improve. You finish what you start. We’re looking for someone who can be given the objective,expectations and tools — and then trusted to execute. As a Finance Manager at Bryan Easler Toyota, you’llmanage the financial completion of retail and lease transactions, including: Presenting finance and protectionproducts professionally and consistently Maximizing F&I performance whilemaintaining an excellent customer experience Structuring and finalizing retail andlease transactions Maintaining strong PVR and productpenetration Securing approvals and matchingtransactions with appropriate lenders Developing and maintaining productivelender relationships Ensuring contracts and supportingdocuments are complete and accurate Managing CIT and funding with urgency Maintaining dealership, lender,manufacturer, state and federal compliance Identifying and correcting potentialdeal problems quickly Working closely with Sales Managementto structure transactions efficiently Tracking your own performance andknowing your numbers Present the products properly, communicate value,overcome objections, and maximize the opportunity. Protect the deal. Maintain accurate documentation, proper disclosures,compliance, and attention to detail. Fund the deal. Follow through, resolve issues quickly, and make surecompleted business becomes funded business.
