Licensed Electrician

ElectricianWe are currently seeking a skilled Electrician to join our property management team. As an Electrician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing electrical infrastructure, fixtures, and appliances to meet high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.This position is located in Sioux Falls, SD and will be servicing our properties in Rapid City, SD, Dickinson ND and Omaha, NE.Accountabilities:Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems, identifying and rectifying issues promptly.Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform repairs as necessary to minimize downtime.Replace or upgrade electrical components, fixtures, and wiring systems as required.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during all maintenance and repair activities.Install new electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures according to blueprints and specifications.Upgrade existing electrical infrastructure to improve efficiency, safety, and functionality.Collaborate with contractors and other team members to coordinate electrical installation projects.Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues, including power outages and electrical failures.Diagnose and resolve emergency electrical problems efficiently to minimize disruption to property operations.Implement preventive measures to mitigate the risk of future emergencies.Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and inspections.Generate reports detailing work completed, materials used, and any recommendations for improvements.Communicate effectively with property management team regarding electrical status and issues.Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing electrical work.Conduct regular safety checks on electrical equipment and systems to identify potential hazards.Implement corrective actions to address safety concerns and ensure a safe working environment.Other functions as assigned by Field Operations Manager.Critical Success Factors:Passion for the company's missionRelationships- provides service with a smile, understands resident satisfaction.
