Position Summary

Kira Talent is looking for a Client Success Specialist to join our team! In this entry-level role, you'll have the opportunity to build out your client success skill set and grow your career and impact while working cross-departmentally with the marketing, sales, and product teams. Your average day will be spent working closely with the Client Success Manager, supporting clients. Specifically, engaging with clients to support them in building and delivering their admissions assessments, as well as guiding them on platform best practices and technical support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build client success skills by shadowing the client success managers and supporting their client engagements
• Monitor shared client/applicant support inboxes and respond to tickets directly
• Proactively find ways to improve the service we offer to clients and take ownership for developing these ideas and/or initiatives.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new clients (educate) - ensuring clients are set up for success on the Kira platform, utilizing our technology and methodology to the full potential
• Willing to go above and beyond for clients and their applicants!

Experience:

• 1+ years of working experience
• SaaS experience
• Experience in cross-functional team environments

Education:

• Undergraduate degree

• The base salary range advertised represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base pay is only one aspect of the Total Rewards Package that will be offered to the successful candidate.
