Quality Tank Solutions (QTS) is seeking an experienced, full-time Office Assistant to join our team in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. The Office Assistant will provide support to the sales team. Qualitied candidates will possess a strong work ethic, demonstrate attention to detail, a willingness to perform at high standards, have positive attitude and are focused. Duties and Responsibilities Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff Welcome visitors, vendors and guests Qualifications Proficient computer skills and knowledge of various computer software programs (i.e. Microsoft, Office Word, and Excel) Self-starter, results orientated Strong organizational skills Fast learner Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a constantly changing environment Be a team player Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
