As a RN Unit Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care possible. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership : Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care

• Clinical Excellence : Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring high-quality care and patient outcomes
• Patient Safety : Identify and address opportunities for improvement in patient safety, quality of care, and customer satisfaction
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
