Position Title - Adjunct Faculty, Chemistry

Position Summary - La Salle University's Chemistry Department is in need of adjunct faculty to teach laboratory sections for first-year science courses: Chemistry for the Life Sciences and/or General Chemistry. These courses are offered in person and may be scheduled in the daytime or the evening.

Essential Duties - Teach assigned course(s). Prepare course materials consistent with departmental learning objectives. Provide timely grading and feedback to students. Provide guidance and support to students.

Required Qualifications - Master's degree in Chemistry or closely related field. Knowledge and commitment to the mission of La Salle University.

Preferred Qualifications - Ph.D. in Chemistry. Previous experience teaching at the collegiate level. Willingness to be flexible in class scheduling.

Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours - Some classes offered may be in the evenings.
