What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient cardiology care in a busy clinical setting from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Collaborate closely with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Engage in protocol development and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Complete necessary credentialing, including protocol agreements with the Georgia Medical Board (GCMB) and Epic EMR training prior to starting.

Required Skills:

• Active Georgia DEA registration
• Proven cardiology experience with a solid understanding of cardiovascular conditions and treatments
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (Epic experience preferred)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with protocol development and regulatory compliance
• Additional certifications in cardiology or advanced practice nursing
• Bilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant studies
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient cardiology experience
• Prior experience with Epic EMR and healthcare protocol protocols

Other Requirements:

• Must complete Epic training after credentialing (training scheduled every other week, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Willing to travel for credentialing and training purposes if necessary
