Pricing Specialist

Full-Time
$75,000 – $95,000 annually

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Pricing Specialist to join its finance and operations team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing-related requests, including rate exceptions and discounts
• Manage intake, tracking, and prioritization of pricing requests and approvals
• Coordinate with Pricing, Billing, and eBilling teams to ensure accurate implementation of client terms and rates
• Maintain pricing documentation, trackers, templates, and workflow processes
• Compile reports, analyze pricing data, and assist with recurring reporting requests
• Monitor outstanding items and follow up with attorneys and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
• Identify process improvements and assist with workflow development across departments

• 2–5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, legal operations, or related professional services roles
• Law firm experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
