Maintenance Supervisor - Second Shift Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support maintenance and housekeeping operations during the second shift. This role requires a proactive leader who can work alongside their team while ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and a safe working environment. This position serves as the senior facility management representative on-site during second shift , requiring strong independent decision-making and accountability. Compensation Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 annually Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Operations Supervise and support all maintenance activities during second shift, including direct oversight of maintenance personnel Supervise housekeeping activities and personnel during second shift Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and JLL during second shift operations Maintain open communication with the Facilities Manager and first shift JLL employees to ensure seamless operations Maintenance Management Execute and oversee all preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for second shift, ensuring timely completion and accurate entry into the CMMS system Complete all corrective maintenance and client-requested work orders scheduled for second shift Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs for HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and electrical systems Coordinate with the Facilities Manager for any vendor support needed during #J-18808-Ljbffr JLL
