Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Federal Way, WA

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing vital speech and language support to students now through the end of the school year. This dynamic role offers both full‑time and part‑time schedules, Monday through Friday (8:00‑4:00 based on building assignment), all onsite. After interviews, caseload assignments will be tailored to your expertise and interests, working with students of varying grade levels—elementary, middle, and high school. Expect to serve approximately 45+ students, with assignments adjusted as needed. You will evaluate communication challenges ranging from receptive‑expressive language, articulation, and voice to fluency, neuromuscular, and non‑vocal disorders. Document evaluation results thoroughly and closely connect communication impacts to each student’s educational progress. You'll identify needs, write treatment plans, and provide thoughtful recommendations for interventions and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
