On-Site Service Specialist

Job Title

Pay rate: $17.00- $19.00/hr Hours: 8:00am- 4:30pm Location: Saint Paul, MN Duration: 10 months

Summary:

• Shipping/receiving with UPS and USPS., scanning Ricoh Trac, assembling, cutting, binding, punching of documents.
• Stocking supplies and keeping inventory.
• Emailing, calling, and communicating with client.
• Someone who can communicate well, both with our team and client.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Basic knowledge of office programs, outlook, excel, word, teams.
• Experience in basic shipping/receiving as well as basic printing and binding.
• Extensive periods of time sitting at computer and standing while working on product assembly.
• A little lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Requires high school diploma, GED and 1 2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good PC skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Mathematical and filing skills
• Ability to use office machines and technical equipment
