CNC Lathe Operator

Department: Manufacturing | Type: Full-Time, Onsite | Experience: 2+ Years Preferred Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Day and night shift available. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes) Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Load raw materials and monitor machine performance Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety and quality standards Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) Basic computer and math skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
