Job Summary Up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus based on eligibility. This role provides direct clinical patient care and is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per‑shift basis. The RN supervises delegated staff, supports the CNO in ensuring high quality and safe nursing care, maintains staff competency, and manages resources related to patient care. Responsibilities The RN provides high‑quality, safe, cost‑effective total nursing care to all patients and assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and infection control, aiming to discharge patients at an optimum level of care. Assumes responsibility for coordination and planning of patient care within the prescribed medical regime. Performs and fulfills all HICS (hospital incident command system) responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed and needed by the facility in times of emergency and/or disaster. Knows the hospital’s emergency codes, including purpose and appropriate action for each, and adheres to hospital policies and procedures for each emergency code. Performs related duties as required. Qualifications Required: Education: Graduated from a state‑approved school of nursing or an accredited school. Certification: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation, or state of practice policy. CPR certification. Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's).
