Role Overview: This position provides direct clinical patient care in a recovery room setting, responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis. It includes supervising staff to ensure appropriate care delegation, supporting high-quality, safe, and effective nursing practices, and managing resources related to patient care.
