Providing leadership in healthcare services, the full-time Florida Licensed Program Manager will plan and execute internal projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors. Key responsibilities Collaboratively plan and execute healthcare services projects, delivering products from design to completion Ensure ongoing communication regarding program goals and compliance with standardized protocols Conduct quality audits and implement initiatives to enhance service quality and staff education Required qualifications At least 5 years of healthcare experience, including 3 years in areas such as utilization management or care management Active and unrestricted clinical licensure as an RN, LVN, LPN, or equivalent Experience working within applicable state and federal regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate online portals and databases Strong organizational and time-management skills
