Maintenance Director

Briarfield Health Care Centers is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team. Responsibilities The Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our health care facility, including daily repairs to the general facility and resident apartments, preparing apartments for move in, and complying with all local and state regulations (Fire, Boiler, HVAC, etc.). The Maintenance Director must be friendly and inviting to resident requests, efficient with managing time and prioritizing projects. Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. Proven maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Knowledge of ODH and State Fire Marshal regulations preferred. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between facilities during the day. Availability in On-Call rotation for weekend emergencies and snow removal.
