**Growth Marketing Manager Paid Media & E-Commerce**

**Part-Time | Remote**

**Salary Range: $4-$6 per hour**

**Focus: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify & Revenue Growth**

Were looking for a hands-on **Growth Marketing Manager Paid Media & E-Commerce** to help scale a growing beauty and skincare brand. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience turning paid advertising into profitable revenue while improving Shopify conversion and overall e-commerce performance.

**What Youll Be Responsible For**

* Own and manage paid media across Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and retargeting
* Develop, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns while managing budgets, CAC, ROAS, MER, and new customer revenue
* Identify winning campaigns and scale them while quickly reducing underperforming spend
* Manage and improve Shopify products, collections, promotions, pricing, merchandising, and landing pages
* Improve product pages, mobile conversion, cart and checkout performance, upsells, bundles, and cross-sells
* Lead structured testing across audiences, offers, landing pages, messaging, and advertising creative
* Analyze creative performance and develop briefs for UGC, video, testimonial, educational, and product-focused ads
* Build weekly growth reporting covering spend, revenue, CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, AOV, and campaign performance

**What Were Looking For**

* 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
* Proven experience scaling a DTC or e-commerce business
* Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and strong Google Ads experience
* Strong working knowledge of Shopify and conversion optimization
* Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets
* Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, AOV, conversion rate, and contribution margin
* Experience with structured creative, audience, offer, and landing-page testing
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain performance and recommend clear next steps
* Independent, proactive, and comfortable directly managing campaigns without heavy supervision
* **Must be able to demonstrate measurable revenue results from campaigns personally managed**

**Bonus Points If You Have**

* Experience with skincare, beauty, cosmetics, wellness, or consumer products
* Experience supporting high-growth DTC brands
* Strong understanding of direct-response advertising creative
* Experience improving Shopify conversion rates and average order value
