Senior Manager Content, Graduate Nursing

Senior Manager Content, Graduate Nursing Responsible for leading content and curriculum development projects that revise and develop new graduate nursing and simulation products, manage project teams, ensure product quality, and align with customer expectations. Responsibilities Content creation and development using multiple platforms on a project‑by‑project basis. Tracking, training and metric reporting and analysis. Create innovative virtual simulation solutions across various platforms. Evaluate solutions for effectiveness and recommend changes based on outcomes and customer feedback. Use situational leadership and G.R.O.W. coaching to manage and develop content developers and specialists. Collaborate with Kaplan teams to keep student success the focus of delivery efforts, including customer service, academics, learning science, marketing, publishing and technology. Pursue opportunities to learn best practices in product development through research, professional development and alternate learning opportunities. Share learning with the team and broader KNA through thought leadership activities. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree with NP (required); DNP preferred. Minimum 5 years in healthcare education and content development. Minimum 3 years experience utilizing simulation in a healthcare educational setting. Considerable knowledge of current literature, trends, and developments in the design and development of nursing education/products. Excellent computer (Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Smartsheets) and presentation skills. Open‑minded team player with positive attitude; ability to train and assist internal team members with content development, platform/software usage and navigation of Kaplan sites. Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills for effective oral and written communication; ability to develop/implement policy and procedures. Leadership ability to supervise planning, development and establishment of new, modified and improved projects, including goal setting, research, data analysis, promotion, scoping and prioritization toward deadlines. Preferred Qualifications DNP or PhD in Nursing or Education, or Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc). Specialty/Certification in nursing, instructional design, leadership, project management, clinical practice, and/or education. Benefits Remote work provides a flexible work/life balance.
