Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in our clinical team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions and couple therapy sessions based on patient needs.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a range of issues including, but not limited to, grief and loss, communication difficulties, job stress, separation and divorce, and family conflicts.
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific challenges faced by patients, and regularly assessing their progress.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions to promote healing and communication among family members.
\n
• Providing consultations and support for clients dealing with blended family dynamics and adjustment issues.
\n
• Documenting patient sessions and outcomes meticulously to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will provide therapeutic support for clients facing various challenges such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, family conflicts, and stress associated with life transitions. By creating a safe, supportive environment, you will guide your clients towards healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

Candidates for this position must meet the following qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
\n
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applications from both newly licensed and experienced candidates, additional qualifications that may enhance your application include:

• Experience working with a variety of behavioral health issues.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team.

• Flexibility in availability, with a preference for candidates willing to engage in 30 hours or more per week of client interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n
