RN Supervisor Night Shift

RN Supervisor- Night Shift : 11pm-7am

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Miami Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department during the night shift (11pm-7am), ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment. Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of patient care that meets the highest standards.

Enforcing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Conduct daily rounds to monitor patient care and address any concerns or issues.

Training and Development - conduct training sessions for new hires and ensure that all staff is up to date on the latest procedures and practices.

Develop and implement nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions.

Provide support and guidance to nursing staff to improve their skills and performance.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Conflict Resolution- mediate for staff disputes or patient related issues.

Current RN license in the state of Florida.

At least (2) years of experience as a registered nurse.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of nursing best practices and standards.
