Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist licensure is required
• Prior experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a K-12 educational environment

• Adaptable, patient, and eager to contribute to positive student outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, supporting their functional independence in the school setting
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and modify interventions as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Offer resources and training to teachers and parents to facilitate skill-building beyond therapy sessions
• Maintain detailed and compliant records in accordance with school and state regulations
