‍⚕️ What You’ll Do

1. Provide direct nursing care to residents
2. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
3. Monitor resident conditions and report changes
4. Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
5. Support CNAs and ensure quality care
6. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Qualifications

1. Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
2. Experience in long-term care preferred
3. Strong clinical and communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and adapt to different shifts
