Ground Operations Manager

Job Description Location: Bangkok (with future opportunity in expanding FBO locations) We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ground Operations Manager to lead and elevate our aviation ground operations. This is a high-impact leadership role suited for an experienced professional (approximately 5+ years) who is passionate about enhancing operational efficiency, safety, and reliability . This position reports directly to the Managing Director and plays a critical role in shaping the future of our operations, with a clear career pathway to Head of Fixed-Base Operator Position (Private Jet Terminal) in various locations . Key Responsibilities As the Ground Operations Manager, you will: Lead and optimize daily ground operations, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and operational reliability Establish, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures aligned with company and regulatory requirements Drive a strong safety-first culture, managing Safety Management Systems (SMS) and mitigating operational risks Ensure full compliance with CAAT, AOC requirements, and international aviation standards Oversee and develop a high-performing team, ensuring proper training, competency, and resource allocation Manage relationships and negotiate agreements with ground handling agents and external partners Monitor and enhance performance across all ground handling functions and service delivery Collaborate with airport authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless and secure operations Participate in Safety and Quality Review Boards, contributing to strategic operational improvements Support the development of policies, procedures, and long-term operational strategy Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation ground operations or related field Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements Strong understanding of aviation safety, compliance, and regulatory frameworks A proactive, hands-on leader with a mindset for continuous improvement and reliability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Passion and ambition to grow into a senior leadership Why Join Us?
