• Assist in resolving discrepancies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide support in preparing shipping documentation and invoices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and customer service.

Language:

• English is required, Chinese/Mandarin is recommended.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or business preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or logistics environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures is a plus.
• Fluent in Chinese.
