Responsibilities

• Assist with inbound customer calls
• Assist clients to resolve general service inquiries as needed
• Follow-up with existing and potential clients
• Review billing questions with clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

We are looking for applicants who are professional, confident, outgoing, and excited about a career in Customer Service. The ideal candidate will:

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Must be able to get P&C (Property & Casualty) Licensed
• Have a high-energy, positive approach
• Be able to meet individual performance metrics goals
• Successfully juggle multiple priorities at any given time
• Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Understand basic product, billing and processing guidelines
• Accept feedback when offered and works well with others
• Maintain positive and upbeat written and verbal communication
• Research and identify timely solutions to client-related problems
• Have solid computer skills with knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
